Excellent restaurant space for lease in Little Tokyo! Also have plenty of retail space for lease in DTLA including in the Historic Core, Fashion District, Chinatown, South Park District, and Bunker Hill. This particular space already has the permits ready to go for a restaurant! That's a big deal in Los Angeles, because applying for change of use permits is a nightmare!
