You can schedule a tour by texting us at the number above. We will have a few quick questions regarding your intentions for the space, as well as other qualifying questions we will need answered before scheduling an in person tour. We do not do virtual tours and you need to come see the space in person before applying.
We lease to all types of businesses but the most prevalent type is probably fashion related types of businesses! We also lease to a lot of creative types including artists, photographers, videographers, production companies, and et cetera. On top of that we've leased attorneys, logistic companies, hair salons, barber shops, restaurants, urgent care centers, and you name it we've probably leased to them.
Generally speaking, and it depends on the landlord, most of our lease listings require a 670+ credit score with no evictions or bankruptcies. Sometimes landlords will allow increased deposits if the credit is not good, or a cosigner. Generally speaking, and it depends on the landlord, the higher the rent rate, the more documentation a landlord will ask for when it comes to financially qualifying you/your business. Most landlords want to see your last 3 most recent business and personal bank statements, and some also want to see your las two years of business and personal tax returns.
Usually two months deposit and the first paid month up front, depending on the landlord.
Commercial spaces are traditionally leased for VERY SPECIFIC PURPOSES. Landlords prefer standard office or standard retail because they are low liability types of uses. Make sure to mention all the types of uses you have in mind for the space so we can make sure that both you and the landlord will be happy. If you're not successful in what you want to achieve in the space, neither are we. So transparency is very important.
