It’s located in the best location of Downtown LA, well, a block from it, on Spring Street between 7th and 8th. 6th/Spring I consider the best location. This is where DTLA Artwalk occurs on Spring between 4th and 8th Streets. Anyway, the spaces are wonderful. Polished cement flooring, some have large white polished tile.
